The softest and less aggressive aerial fitness class. This class will challenge your balance, body control, and take your floor practice to a new level. You will be guided through a flow of exercises and aerial yoga poses that will help develop core, upper and lower body strength, flexibility, motor dynamics, spinal alignment, endurance, balance, and somatic perceptions. At the end of the session, you get to relax and enjoy a quick rest while cocooned in the fabric. We recommend you have taken a Cirque Body Aerial Yoga Fundamentals workshop to have some familiarity with working with the aerial fabric to get the most out of this class. Limited class size; pre-registration strongly suggested.
This class is open to Beginners with no experience or some light experience (Except those with known heart conditions, vertigo or those who should not be practicing inversions). Come prepared to have fun and defy gravity!
This 60-minute class will be taught by Hannah Hodges, Cirque Body-certified Level 1 Instructor.
