A yoga and conditioning combination of floor and aerial practice for the Beginner. This class will help you strengthen your balance, body control, and floor practice, while deepening your flexibility. We recommend you have taken a Cirque Body Aerial Yoga Fundamentals workshop to have some familiarity with working with the aerial fabric to get the most out of this class. Class size limit: 8. (Minimum of 2 students to run.)
